Next Generation Electronic Plan Review for Massive & Complex Building Projects

The session will describe how the Reedy Creek Improvement District (The District), worked with vendors to implement 100% web-based collaborative workflows with design professionals, contractors and subcontractors to manage extremely complex building project plan reviews. This includes leveraging novel plan review project grouping features across complex revisions-to-approved-plans, such that The District can logically and intuitively track all plan reviews at the sheet-level, regardless of the number of revisions-to-approved-plans. This session is appropriate for any agencies faced with complex building project plan reviews that are looking for ways to better partner with customers in a more collaborative fashion.
