BOAF BUILDING SAFETY LEGISLATIVE DAY
Join Us in Tallahassee
March 18, 2015
Regulation of the built environment begins with enabling actions of the Florida Legislature. Each year the legislative session considers legislation that impacts our profession. BOAF is committed to being a part of that conversation by promoting changes that enhance safe buildings, monitoring legislative bills and providing feedback to bill sponsors and committees regarding proposed changes to state statute.
Building Officials Association of Florida Legislative Day is a great way for our members to get involved with the legislative process. Our annual Legislative Day provides an opportunity for us to communicate our positions to our legislators in person. Participation benefits you, your jurisdiction, BOAF and our profession. Register now so that we have time to organize your legislative visits with the key senators and representatives from your home districts.
