What is my user-name?
Log in using your email address as your user ID. This is the email address that BOAF has on file as your primary email and is the email address that BOAF sends mail to.
What if I don't know my password?
When logging in on the BOAF homepage, you may click the Forgot your password? link and the system will send an email to guide you through setting your password?
How do I register for a class?
BOAF training classes are listed on the Calendar. Select the event you would like to attend and click the icon to register. The system will prompt you to login.
When does my BOAF State membership expire?
All memberships expire on December 31 of the calendar year. This information can be found on your digital member card.
Where can I get a copy of my membership card?
Login to your profile and click on the manage profile link. In center of the page you will see an icon for Membership Card. You may print a copy of the card for your records.
When will my credits be reported to DBPR?
The State of Florida allows for up to 30 days to report training credits. If after 30 days you do not see your credits on your DBPR profile, please email email@example.com and include a screen shot of your DBPR training transcript.
What if the training credits have not been reported to all of my licenses with DBPR?
DBPR has the ability to link your state licenses so that credits will be applied to all those applicable. This may be accomplished through visiting the DBPR website and logging into your account, or by calling DBPR.
