Call for Conference Presentations
Share |

You are invited to submit a proposal to present a session at Building Officials Association of Florida (BOAF) Annual Conference & Expo. The conference sessions will facilitate dialogue on ways to ensure the health, safety and welfare of the public through safe building practices.

BOAF 2018 will be held June 3-6, 2018 (Sun. - Wed.) at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista in Lake Buena Vista, Florida.

We seek proposals that reflect the adventurous and innovative spirit of the conference. There will be sessions that cut across the traditional areas of building code compliance, such as the fundamentals of code topics and the intent behind the code, but also innovative and leading-edge topics in building safety, specialized code, leadership and other administrative areas, such as information technology. Presentations should help attendees anticipate, understand, and respond to the rapidly changing needs of building code compliance professionals in the 21st century.

We invite professionals from all types of organizations, as well as those who are working in the private sector, to submit proposals. Proposals should include a description and attach an outline of the presentation.

Presentation proposals must be submitted online by the deadline of December 1, 2017.
