Chairman explaining the status of the hurricane mitigation
retrofits rule.

Florida Statutes 553.844 is October 1, 2007 and to be
conservative it would be advisable to enforce the law regardless
of any rule challenge. Consult your jurisdiction attorney
before disregarding enforcement of the law. Please
remember there is a possibility that if you do not enforce the
law someone could file a complaint against your license.)
